I have to disagree with the impact of Guerrilla Girls

In the art world, my colleagues look at the GGs (as some like to call them) as merely a performance art group. They do not really look at them as a political group and needless to say a movement. And I am not talking about people who are not politically inclined, mind you. But depending on who you are talking to about them, the GGs were either clever or foolish --but many agree that what they had was a good shitck that brought fame to the group and to some of them, at least by the looks of that article, fortune.
