III. "Women don’t know how to compromise on abortion rights"
How many men are willing to compromise their penises? Or Scrotum?
Let’s say we decide that upon reaching puberty, all men have to have vasectomies, without exception. They’d be reversible so if you were licensed to reproduce later in life, you could have a baby. Probably. I mean it’s minor surgery and there’s always a risk of infection. That’s the price we’d have to pay for making sure that men don’t go around just reproducing at will.
We all know they are incapable of fidelity, right?
They can’t be trusted to make their own reproductive decisions.
We can’t have them just shooting sperm everywhere - ewwww! It spreads disease and pregnancy and really ought to be confined to the act of procreation, anyway.
Think that’s ridiculous? Good. We agree on that. Now explain to me why I should only have sex if I plan to procreate? Why should I be treated like a baby-making machine with no thoughts or aspirations of my own? Why should I expect to risk my life because I got laid?
I’ll make this really simple for you boys:
No Uterus, No opinion.
No Compromise, not now, not ever.
Now that we’ve cleared that up, let’s move forward, shall we?

Morgaine, before composing this I also read your related posts, What Male Bloggers say about us Women when they're under the cloak of Anonymity, and, Why Abortion should be Free.
I agree that irresponsible abuse of power needs to stop everywhere by everyone. That includes both males and females.
Power abuse is only perpetuated, not stopped, when a sentient host denies the sentient fetus they are hosting the common courtesy of having and keeping their own healthy, living body as their sentient host enjoys. At that point, the sentient fetus is rendered powerless over their own body, rather than being empowered by their sentient host to live a long, full term (70+ years) of life, too.
Power abuse is often perpetuated again, again not stopped, after the sentient fetus has been successfully transfered, alive, healthy, and in one piece, from the uterus of their sentient host to the external environment. At this point the sentient ex-fetus is sometimes subjected to, sooner or later, and without power over their own body to resist, clitorectomy, prepucectomy (circumcision), and other forms of power abuse, rather than being empowered to keep their own body alive, healthy, and all in one whole piece as it came from the factory/uterus of their sentient ex-host.
Thank you,
Eddie Maddox
as an easy way out. Abortion is a life altering event, and pregnancy is dangerous.
I am a sentient being. A fetus may or may not be, but I am here and it is not, so I take precedence. ALWAYS.
I will decide whether to risk my life by hosting a fetus. It's my choice and none of your business. Dig?
