To "shit on" a Democrat

True that

I would have to agree with you about that. Gore's campaign was not exactly all that and a bag of peaches.

Are you kidding me?

Democrats shit on Democrats all the time. Just let an anti-choice DLC darling run up against a pro-choice Progressive, and watch the boys have a hissy explaining that we girls shouldn't be single issue voters. (Silly me, I get a little intense when somebody wants to bargain away my uterus for the sake of party unity.)

And no one is hesitating to shit on Kucinich, who has won every Progressive poll done recently, as well as a recent poll in West Virginia - hard-core, Red State, West freaking Virginia!

Gore and Kerry won their elections. That was never the problem. The problem is what the candidate does the next morning. Let's hope our candidate this time around has the stomach for a fight, because it's going to take one.

Slamming/Change

Slamming is what presidential candidates do the best. I feel its beneath anyone to reserve to such tactics. What is one of the reasons, if not the only reason, people vote? Change, we all want change. (There is a real good funny article on this subject www.hypocrisy.com/whichcandidatescanprovethemostch...)
Whether its the war in Iraq, health insurance, foreign policy, the fact is, we want change.
