Dear Democrats,

You have taken me for granted for far too long. You've assumed that, because I'm a liberal leftist, there's no way I'm going to vote for a Republican, and, by default, you can count on my vote. Well, guess what? I'm asking for a trial separation, and quite frankly, if you don't get your shit together now, I'm going to be filing for divorce.

You've made the mistake of thinking that because there's no one new in my life that I'm not going to leave. You forget that sometimes, people leave marriages even if they don't have a brighter prospect on the horizon. Sometimes, they leave a marriage in order to save their own lives, souls, mental health. Consider me one of those people.

I think that if this marriage is to be saved, we need to get some serious counseling. You need to understand that just because you're not as bad as that other guy, doesn't make you the perfect partner. Partnerships take work; they take a give and take; a willingness to listen, respond; they take the understanding that each partner has the other's back; a desire to share with each other the burdens and joys of life.

All I ever seem to get from you is empty promises. That, and asking me if I have a few bucks in my wallet to cover you until payday. I give you the money and you go out and buy yourself clothes, shoes, and a car that make you look just like the other guy. If I wanted to be married to the other guy, well, shit, I'da married him. But I married you.

And it gets better. Frankly I don't know how she put up with him so long.

Meanwhile, TrueBlueDem is calling for everyone to defect from Penistan:

They pummelled and belittled and cajoled the blogosphere into believing that the Democratic Leadership actually gave a shit about the base. We were told that if we were "True Believers" (and paid our dues of course) we would be better off electing just any old Democrat... that is not true.

So now they are SHOCKED...SHOCKED I tell you , that the Democratic Leadership rolled over and lifted their shiny assholes to Roberts... ohhhh the outrage....

King Peni himself was so insensed at the Democratic betrayal that he took the opportunity to display to his vast Kingdom of Penistan just what happens to a denizen of Penistan when they cross the line .... and proceded with yet another public flogging of NARAL (passively of course) by ragging on Chaffee.
