He said it on the NewsHour (no recording or transcript as of this writing). My reaction: Bill Kristol is grotesque. David Brooks, who Kristol was replacing, is enough of an idiot.

But Kristol makes me want to throw up. I find his sentiments -- that nobody can do anything but agree with him -- to be the epitome of grotesquerie. I think that's right up there with wingnut bloggers' crowing that Cindy Sheehan is killing her mother.

Who are these self-righteous fucks who can't stand free speech? We've been listening to them for years now. But apparently they can dish it out, but just can't take it. Not without whining and whining.

Poor souls. They only run the government. Their biggest frustration is that they can't run the people, no matter how hard they try. Such is their despair that they resort to such antics.
