Friday Random Ten (widescreen edition)
By media girl
Okay okay, this kind of thing has been around for like forever (which is anything more than two months in the blogamarole), but I've kinda hung back because it's all about what's on your iPod and such ... and I don't have an iPod. (I suppose if I were still in NYC, I would, because when you're on foot with the loons, you need the tunes. I wore out like 4 Walkmans. The last one just said, "No mas" and stopped spinning. That was a bad day.)
So reading off of my widescreen iMac display, here are the first 10 from my iTunes party shuffle.
- "Bye Bye Blackbird" - Miles Davis and John Coltrane
- "X-Static Process" - Madonna
- "Deck the Hall" - Nat King Cole
- "Pathetique" - Beethoven, performed by Rudolf Serkin
- "C'mon Billy" - PJ Harvey
- "Zdrastvuytee" - OM Trio
- "Not Guilty" - The Beatles
- "What is and What Should Not Be" - Led Zeppelin
- "Tiny Grief Song" - Sinead O'Connor
- "The Losing End (When You're On)" - Neil Young
Peg that meme!

Not being a pedant, just pointing it out.
...nice selection.
And iTunes (or whatever database they're using) is wrong. Thanks for the flag.
