New Year's Aggregations

Forget resolutions, breaking down the year into work. My Freewill Astrology horoscope suggests a different view:

I'm not given to extravagant tastes, but I do allow myself one unreasonable habit: a craving for organic grapes in the wintertime. If they're available in the stores at all, two bunches of pesticide-free Concords can set me back as much as a three-course meal at my favorite Thai restaurant. But they're good for me, and I'm pretty self-controlled the rest of the time, so I regard my appetite for the grapes as an acceptable form of self-indulgence. I mention this, Virgo, because I believe you have cosmic permission in 2005 to raise your quota of healthy greed. In fact, I suggest you brainstorm right now about the salubrious pleasures you plan to demand more of in the coming months.

So no more dividing and dissolving the year into chores. Rather, I hereby focus on the big picture, the treats and joys -- the results of whatever resolutions might be required.

So here they are:

My New Year's Aggregations:

  1. Sushi, scads of sushi.
  2. Love would be good. Fall in love. Fuck like rabbits.
  3. Total babehood. Slim and sexy, athletic. Can wear a bikini again without uncertainty.
  4. Big paychecks. Ones that don't bounce. Ooo-la-la!
  5. Even more sushi, because why not?
  6. Three new fabulous collaborators joining the team.
  7. World peace. Very important.
  8. Lots of laughter.
  9. Unrestrained snark for the bozos.
  10. Good times with my friends.

Mmmmmm, I feel so much better!
