Like death, we knew this day would one day come.

It is always so strange - some no-name from who-knows-where suddenly determines what the Constitution means. The double-speak of the right tells us this judge will not legislate from the bench, but isn't interesting if this is such a qualified candidate, how is the Administration so sure which way this football will bounce?
